In accordance with Australian Standards, all lifting and height safety equipment must be periodically inspected and tagged throughout the year. Inspections should take place every quarter (3 months) and a coloured tag attached to the product identifying the month that it was inspected.

Red: January to March
Green: April to June
Blue: July to September
Yellow: October to December

The tags cannot be reused and can only be removed by destroying the tag. They are the only way to remove them from the item is to destroy the tag. The heavy-duty tags are suitable for equipment used on construction sites, mining or any heavy industry.
