Our products ship Australia wide and we’ll do everything possible to get your order to you quickly.
Items are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales.
International Shipping
We can ship anywhere in the world and regularly deliver products to New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. However, due to the size and weight of lifting equipment the shipping costs to some countries may not be viable. Contact our team for a shipping quote on international orders.
Dispatch Times
As soon as you place your order, we will begin to process it straight away. The estimated dispatch times are listed clearly in the product description. If you need something urgently, contact our team and we will do whatever we can to help you out.
Delivery Partners
When you get to the checkout you can choose a delivery method that suits you. Shipping times and costs vary. Express Shipping is available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been picked, packed and despatched you will be notified via email. You will also receive tracking advice and delivery confirmation by email.

In-Stock Items
All stock items will be shipped the next business day if ordered by 12pm. If we can get it out the door sooner, we will.
Ordered-In
These items take a little bit longer to get ready for shipping or might come from a supplier. Allow 1-3 days for dispatch.
Made-To-Order
Some products need to be manufactured or assembled prior to shipping. These items are made to order and will be shipped in 3 to 7 business days.
Special Order
Special order items may come from a supplier, or we may need to order it in. Our special-orders team will confirm the estimated delivery time and costs with you by email.
Shipping Fees
We aim to provide accurate shipping fees and will work with our suppliers to offer you the most cost-effective shipping options. When you get to the checkout you can choose your preferred shipping method and see costs from our various shipping partners.
