While we don’t offer change of mind returns or exchanges, we will be happy to accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:

The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or

The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

The product does not match its sample or description.

This does not apply to manufactured and special-order goods which are not returnable unless a warranty is breached. The product must be unused and be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Receipts and tax invoices must be valid and intact. All refunds will be provided back in the original tender.

Unfortunately, accidents do happen in transit and occasionally shipping errors can occur. If this is the case, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@liftinggear.com and we will begin to process rectifying the order for you right away.

Any argument relating to the terms and conditions between LiftingGear and the customer shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
