The Lever Block (VITAL) is manufactured in Japan using optimum high quality steel. The unique design of the bottom hook prevents slipping and ensures safe operation. It is suitable for industrial, rural, shipbuilding, construction and mining industries. 

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • One-touch operation for free chain adjustment (NR-Series)
  • Easy two-step operation to prevent accidental free-wheeling (VR-Series)
  • Hardened alloy steel load chain with embossed identification, marked to the relevant standards. 
  • Exceeds Australian Standards with 5:1 Safety Factor
  • Minimum load requirement of up to 10% of the Working Load Limit to ensure the operation of the braking system. E.g. a 1.5 tonne lever block requires a minimum load of 150kg (NR Series)
  • Light loading; the NR-Series is not suitable for tandem operations. For these applications we recommend the Vital Lever Blocks VR-2 series.

All Vital models are manufactured to comply with the strict JIS & ISO regulations and AS1418.2
